Preparation

Ensure the unit is switched on and allowed to heat up to the optimal sterilizing temperature (around 815.6°C or 1500°F).

Wait approximately 10 minutes for the unit to reach the optimal temperature.

Have your inoculating loop or needle ready, attached to an insulated loop holder.
